Issue Resolved

Fixed an issue with the Quick Vessel Wizard that prevented the creation of components by the wizard if the 3D graphics were turned off. DC-2187
Fixed an issue with the Quick Vessel Wizard where it would not create a component if the open had yet to be used. DC-2186
Fixed an issue that would occur when selecting a minimum thickness in the vessel screen if the regional settings were set to use the comma instead of the period to indicate the separator between the 1's digit and the 1/10th digit. DC-2198
Fixed an issue with the install where it would not put down the custom fonts in some cases. This would result in odd symbols showing in the reports. DC-2179
Fixed an issue with the bolt, gasket, pipe, and tube browsers that prevented the "Reset Default Layout" command from working. DC-2205
