1. A decoupling was performed on the 3D graphics, this will allow for flexibility in future expansion.

Issues Resolved

1. An issue was resolved that prevented the material browser from filtering for the code year selected.  This issue mainly caused confusion as other safe guards in the software help make sure the proper material properties are used.
