Advanced Sorting

Secondary, Tertiary and beyond Sorting

Single left mouse click on a column header to sort by that column. Then while holding down the “Shift” key on the keyboard select another column header to sort by that column secondarily as below.

Any number of sorting options are available. To adjust the sort order (top to bottom vs. bottom to top) just hold down the shift key and select the column header again. Compare the above screenshot to the below. In the below the sort order has been switch so “fred” now appears above “Tom”.
