  • The first option will not allow the User to make changes to a PQR that has been used to create a WPS

  • The second option will allow the User to make changes to a PQR that has been used to create a WPS as long as the WPS entity state isn’t set to Approved

  • The third option will allow the User to make changes to any PQR and is the default state. This is the existing User functionality.
