Revised WPSs

WPSs are the only document in ProWrite that can be revised. A revised WPS is treated as a completely separate/new WPS in the ProWrite system. To create a revised WPS select Documents → New → Revised WPS and select the WPS to add a revision from. A revision requires a Revision # and revision date. Alternatively, you can Copy a WPS and add the same WPS # and a new Revisions # and revision date.
