Accessible from Help→Audit Trail, ProWrite has a basic audit trail for viewing modifications to data stored within it.

The Audit System records:

  • Date/Time of action
  • Entity type (PQR, WPS, etc.)
  • Action type (edit, delete, create)
  • Program/Entity Internal Identifier
  • Launch of program against database x
  • Close of program against database x
  • Brief Description (if applicable)
  • Operating System User
  • PW Security User (if applicable)
