Portal Socket Error when using CEI Portal

You may receive an error similar to “Socket Error # 10060 Connection timed out.” when using the Update Licenses button in the portal. This error can generally be ignored as it is sometimes caused by network security tools blocking a communication method to our license server. Please ignore, and refresh your view on the License Management page in order to determine if your license dates have been updated.
