Manually updating a License key

To manually update your key(s) please see the below steps per key. 

1.

Copy the v2c file(s) to a location on your local system.

2.

Launch the below link from a system with the Thales/SafeNet/Sentinel/Hasp/Aladdin Driver installed (ideally with the key inserted locally on that system but remote updates will work if both the local and key server have newer license drivers).

3.

Select “Browse”, “Choose File” or "Select File" and then select the v2c file you wish to use to update and “Open”

4.

Select the “Apply File” button

5.

Close this screen

If you've missed more than 1 key update they must all be applied in the proper order. After updating with the oldest* v2c file restart the process with the next oldest, etc.

*The order of the v2c files is determined by the first value in the file name. For example in the below v2c files "06232023_764659654114745624.V2C" would be applied before "v2c file "09262023_764659654114745624.V2C".
