Installing or Updating the Windows Driver for the Hasp License Key

If you are installing or updating the Windows driver for the Red Hasp License keys, complete the following steps:

Step by step directions below:

  1. Go to https://supportportal.thalesgroup.com/csm?id=kb_search&u_related_product_names=50303b92db852e00d298728dae96199d&query=kbcat_drivers_%26_runtime_packages&_runtime_packages

2. From the list of files, select the Sentinel HASP/LDK - Windows GUI Run-time Installer [latest version number] option. A new page is displayed.

Note: A version number is displayed at the end of the filename but changes with every new update.

Important: If you do not see the file displayed, copy and paste the following string in the search box located at the top of the list: kbcat_drivers_&_runtime_packages.

 

 

4. Click the link next to Click here to download file:. A license agreement window is displayed.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the agreement and click the I accept button. A dialog box is displayed.

6. Select the location you want to download the file to.

7. Once the file is downloaded, open the folder or browse to the location where you saved the file.

8. Right-click the zipped file and extract or unzip the file. A folder is displayed.

9. Click to open the folder.

10. Double-click the HASPUserSetup.exe. The Installation Wizard is displayed.

11. Click Next on every page of the wizard and then click Finish.

The driver for the Red Hasp key is now installed or updated on your machine.
