Installing a HASP Software License (SL)

This article will help you install a Software License should one be delivered to you. Perform all actions on the computer that you wish the license to be installed on.

Instructions

The basic outline:

  1. You will receive an email from the CEI Entitlement Management System (EMS) with the details of your entitlement attached to it.

  2. Unless you have already installed it, begin by installing the CEI SL Manager Installer

  3. Once you have installed the SL Manager, then you can visit the EMS Customer Portal and login with your product key which will look something like this:

     

  4. In the portal, click “Online Activation”

     

  5. Installation will process momentarily and then display the message “Activation installed successfully”

     

  6. In order to confirm install, either utilize the CEI Portal, or view the Sentinel Admin Center on the computer you installed the license to.
