Release Status - January 10, 2023

During installation, if an issue occurs with the Sentinel Run-Time Environment Installer, cancel the install and go to Installing or Updating the Windows Driver for the Hasp License for steps on how to complete a sentinel hasp installation. Once this is completed, install ProWrite again.

You can address this issue by going to https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/#download-section, downloading the Evergreen Bootstrapper, and running the installer.

New Features

• The CEI News Feed has been upgraded. (PWN-7887)

• The Modifying Support PQR/BPQR option has been added to the Security window so users can modify a supporting PQR/BPQR. (PWN-7714)

• The following updates were made in the Security Window:

  • The Hide non-approved Entities checkbox can now only be selected by an admin user.

  • Admin users can now set a document or entity to an Approved Status from the Meta Data tab. (PWN-7781)

  • A Require Signature(s) to approve field has been created to allow approved users to sign an entity state. (PWN-158)

Issues Resolved

The Date section of the WPQ after eSigned by a user now only displays the correct date. (PWN-7796)

How to Update ProWrite:

Enterprise users:

• Apply the database schema updates in order:

  • 131 upgrade from 130

  • 132 upgrade from 131

Open

• Notify all users, close all connections, and backup your database.

• Update the application.

  • ProWrite 2023.1

LocalDB users:

Once you update the application, the software automatically updates the database when you open it.

Cloud Users:

The update has automatically been applied. No action is necessary.
