Change your Cloud password

Step-by-step guide

 

  1. To begin, click the below link:

    You will be taken to a page that looks like the below.



  2. Click the Password Reset option.

     

  3. You will then see a page like the below.

     

  4. Enter your username, current password and then enter your new desired password in the two bottom fields.

     

  5. Now click the Submit button at the bottom to save your change. If you get a note about the new password not being complex enough, please review the below password requirements.

 

In cloud, the default password security is as such:

  • Password expires every 90 days

  • Password cannot be a password that was used in the past (or a close variation of)

    • Password history - 24 passwords remembered (to avoid reuse of passwords)

  • Encrypted passwords are not reversible.

  • Password Complexity Requirements

    • Must not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters

    • Must be at least 7 characters in length

    • Must contain characters from 3 of the following 4 categories:

      • English uppercase characters (A through Z)

      • English lowercase characters (a through z)

      • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)

      • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

Currently, Cloud user passwords are set to expire every 90 days. If you would like to customize this time frame, please reach out to your Account Manager and they will be happy to talk with you about what options are available for customizing.
