Display Setting Recommendations

Display Setting Recommendations

If you are met with display issues, such as text that appears skewed or misaligned, or sections of the interface seem to be out of viewing range then you might need to adjust your system display settings.

The following will take you through the steps to adjust your computer's DPI (dots per inch) and display resolution settings to better align these with the software.  Either one or both settings can impact display performance.

Windows 10

Right click on your Desktop and select ‘Display settings’ option,

Make sure that your scale (‘the size of text, apps and other items’) is sat to the ‘…(Recommended)’ value.  Note, the percentage will vary depending on your particular system configurations.

After you check your scale, adjust the ‘Display resolution’ based on your particular screen size.

Use these settings above as a starting point and note that this entire process might require some additional ‘trial and error’ by applying various combinations before an optimum display is achieved.

Further note that any PDF files that were created under different settings will need to be recreated with the new, altered settings to render with the new settings.
