Identification Numbers

Vessel Serial No(s): This will display the inputted value in the Cover page section of the report.

National Board No(s): This will display the inputted value in the Cover page section of the report.

Canadian Registration No(s): This will display the inputted value in the Cover page section of the report.

Year Built: This will display the inputted value in the Cover page section of the report.

Post Weld Heat Treatment

None: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report. 

Local: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report. 

Full: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report. 

Construction Type(s) and Services(s)

Arc or Gas Welded: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under the Construction Types with W, for code years 2017 and earlier.

Pressure Welded except Resistance: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under the Construction Types with P, for code years 2017 and earlier.

Brazed: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under the Construction Types with B, for code years 2017 and earlier.

Resistance Welded: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under the Construction Types with RES, for code years 2017 and earlier.

Low Temperature Service: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under the Construction Types with ULT, for code years 2019 and later. 

Tensile Enhanced by heat treat: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under the Construction Types with UHT, for code years 2019 and later. 

Layered: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under the Construction Types with WL, for code years 2019 and later. 

Graphite: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under the Construction Types with G, for code years 2015 and later. 

Cold Stretched: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under the Construction Types with CS, for code years 2019 and later. 

Lethal Service: This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under Special Type with L.

Neither: This is the default option for the firing type of the vessel and this selection will not print anything to the cover page.  Either this or Unfired Steam Boiler or Direct Firing may be selected.

Unfired Steam Boiler: Either this or Neither or Direct Firing may be selected.  This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under Special Type with UB.

Direct Firing: Either this or Neither or Unfired Steam Boiler may be selected.  This will update the Nameplate Information of the Cover page section of the report under Special Type with DF.

Restrict printing of Construction Types and Services on Cover Page based on Code Year: If this check box is checked, the printing of the characters, to the Cover Page, will work as described above.  If this check box is not checked, the printing of the characters above will ignore the year selection. This check box will be set to unchecked by default for all vessels created before the 2020.5 release and will be checked by default for all new vessels.
