These can vary per customer and will appear on the WPS. 

Example:

Minimum preheat must be maintained during thermal cutting, tacking, and welding operations. Welds shall be cleaned between each pass. When completed, remove all slag and projections. Work must be free of oxides, dirt, oil, and moisture.
