Why won't ProWrite allow my Tensile Strength to pass on a PQR?

A common problem with Tensile Strength on PQRs is the use of punctuation or alphabetic characters. Both the Tensile Strength of the Base Metal

and of the Ultimate Stress on Tensile tests

must be numeric only.

So no commas, periods, spaces or letters in these fields.

Note: The 5% below BM ultimate stress only applies when in the portion of the BM not in the HAZ nor in the the WM.
