Custom Reports
Custom Reports (as the name would imply) are intended to be customized by CEI Staff (there may be an additional charge depending on your contract terms) to meet the unique business needs for each company. Thought they can be Landscape Custom Reports might best be thought of as Portrait or Document type reports. ProWrite ships with several Custom Reports that can be used as starting points for customized reports to minimize PS costs.
The initial Custom Reports available in ProWrite are:
- ASME BPS to Brazer Report & ASME Brazer to BPS Report
- An analysis of Brazers when compared to BPSs (and vice versa) via BPQ data to determine what Brazers are qualified to what BPSs. A Brazer need not have a BPQ associated with a given BPS to qualify to it.
- An analysis of Brazers when compared to BPSs (and vice versa) via BPQ data to determine what Brazers are qualified to what BPSs. A Brazer need not have a BPQ associated with a given BPS to qualify to it.
- ASME WPS to Welder Report & ASME Welder to WPS Report
- An analysis of Welders when compared to WPSs (and vice versa) via WPQ data to determine what Welders are qualified to what WPSs. A Welder need not have a WPQ associated with a given WPS to qualify to it.
- An analysis of Welders when compared to WPSs (and vice versa) via WPQ data to determine what Welders are qualified to what WPSs. A Welder need not have a WPQ associated with a given WPS to qualify to it.
- AWS WPS to Welder Report & AWS Welder to WPS Report
- An analysis of Welders when compared to WPSs (and vice versa) via WPQ data to determine what Welders are qualified to what WPSs. A Welder need not have a WPQ associated with a given WPS to qualify to it.
- An analysis of Welders when compared to WPSs (and vice versa) via WPQ data to determine what Welders are qualified to what WPSs. A Welder need not have a WPQ associated with a given WPS to qualify to it.
- Continuity History Basic/Color
- A listing of continuity entries associated with welders.
- A listing of continuity entries associated with welders.
- Continuity Report Basic/Color
- A list of original, last weld date and expiration date for welders.
- A list of original, last weld date and expiration date for welders.
- Expiration Summary Basic/Color
- A simple list of welder expirations.

- A calculation of individual welder inspection data.

- A list of PQRs/BPQRs in the system.

- A list of welders information such as address, Location, and Foreman.

- Stamp Summary Report Basic/Color
- A simple list of Welder, Stamp, ID, Status, Location and Foreman.
- A simple list of Welder, Stamp, ID, Status, Location and Foreman.
- WPQ ASME/AWS Quick Reference Basic/Color
- A list of WPQs/BPQs in the system.
- A list of WPQs/BPQs in the system.
- WPS ASME/AWS Quick Reference Basic/Color
- A list of WPSs/BPSs in the system.
- A list of WPSs/BPSs in the system.
Custom Reports can be saved to the below formats.
- CSV/Excel (Comma Separated Value)
- HTML
- RTF (Rich Text Format)*
- Plain Text*
Note Custom Reports from prior to 2016 must be imported into the new 2016 and later databases.

*Depending on the report contents and layout the Plain and Rich Text Format output may be cumbersome. We suggest these output only be used for very simple reports specifically made for output to those formats. PDF output is the preferable document output format.
