Creating a Spherically Dished Cover

The user can create the spherically dished cover either as a hostless component or as a a child of a another flange (like a the mating flange on the body shell). The spherically dished cover is a sub-type of the Appendix 2 flange component. The user then can add a "dish" head to as a child of the appendix 2 flange.
