You can create, edit, and save collections from the main toolbar. In combination with the tree, the toolbar also allows adding and deleting welds, operations, and passes. The Total Cost bar gives you real-time estimates for the current pass, operation, and weld as you edit the data. An estimated cost for the entire collection is also displayed.

The Weld Setup wizard allows you to simultaneously create a root, fill, and cover operation with multiple passes each. You can customize the name of each operation, the number of passes it includes, and the name of the passes.

Pass Tabs

Each pass contains details about the cost of various factors, such as gas, labor, and material. Information about the pass itself (e.g., process) is also included in the pass. The tabs break the fields into groups to give you easy access to the fields you want to edit.

Data Import

Weld Toolbox - Estimator has the ability to pull data on welders and WPS documents from ProWrite. Importing from ProWrite decreases your input time and ensures the accuracy of your data.
