Column Headers:

Document ID: ProWrite Assigned or User Specified document ID

Document State: The state of the document. Options for this state include: Approved, Expired, Not Set, Pending, Periodic Review, Retired, Superseded, Unknown, or In Production

Revision Number: The associated revision number of the document

File Name: User specified document name

Created Date/Time: The date and time when the document was created and/or added to FabricationManager

Document Type: The type of the document

Customer Unique ID: The unique ID that was assigned by the customer during manual upload or creation in DesignCalcs

Document Updated Date/Time: Time and date that the document was updated

Document Insert Date/Time: Time and date that the document was added to FabricationManager

Job Number: User specified number associated to the vessel job

Vessel Number: User specified number associated to the vessel

Code Year: The Code year associated to the vessel design

PO Number: User specified number associated to the purchase order for the vessel/job

Company Drawing Number: User specified number associated to the vessel drawing assigned by the company

Customer Drawing Number: User specified number associated to the vessel drawing assigned by the customer

Vessel Description: User specified description associated to the vessel

Project Description: User specified description associated to the project

Vessel Type: Selection made by the user from the drop-down options of either Standard, Jacketed, or Heat Exchanger

Serial Number: User specified serial number associated to the vessel

National Board Number: National board number associated to the vessel

Canadian Registration Number: Canadian registration number associated to the vessel

Customer Address: Address for the customer who purchased the vessel

Location Address: Address for the location where vessel is installed

Fabricator Address: Address for the vessel fabricator
