The common arc weld report is available via Documents → Multi-Print.
It natively supports SMAW/Manual and GTAW/Manual processes but one additional process/method can be added via Tools Settings on the Welder tab.
A welder must be marked as Common Arc Weld and have a Union Local entered to appear on the Common Arc Weld report.
