For some cloud users, it may be necessary to set the target printer at the start of each new remote connection/session. The root cause of this is still under research. If you feel it is possible that your condition fits this case, please apply the following.
Start ProWrite.

Go to a 'print preview' of any document type, PQR, WPQ, WPS or Welder.
Click on the print icon like shown in the image below.
This will bring up the 'Output Options' window. Make note of the 'Selected Printer'... Is this your target printer? For example in the image below, mine was not. It is pointing to 'Microsoft Print to PDF'. I need to change that to my HP printer.
To change to the printer, click the 'Setup' button.

This will open the 'Print Setup' window. From this window, click the drop-down to select the printer and click OK to apply the change.
