To create a Preliminary WPS click the New select Documents → New button on the main toolbar, select From Prelim. WPS in the PQR section. Select the desired Preliminary WPS. The information in the Preliminary WPS will be used to populate many of the fields in the PQR, though this information can be manually adjusted once the PQR has loaded.
