Security

Granular security levels can be set to protect the data stored in ProWrite. Different permission levels can be granted to various users or groups; these will restrict access and modification rights. Security can be accessed via Tools > Security.

Users will not be required to log into ProWrite unless Security has been enabled. Security is required to make use of eSignatures.

In ProWrite Cloud, a security account is linked to a named user's CEI Azure Active Directory (AD) account for seamless log in once authenticated.

Note: It is necessary to close and reopen ProWrite for any property changes in security to be applied.
